தலைவர்கள் தங்கள் பணித் துறையில் நன்கு அனுபவம் வாய்ந்தவர்களாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.

தங்கள் கீழ் பணிபுரிபவர்களுக்கு பயிற்சி அளித்து, வேலையில் உள்ள தவறுகளைச் சமாளித்து வெற்றிக்கு வழிகாட்ட வேண்டும்.
